The Brief

A residence two blocks off 5th Ave South — and the work to match it.

When we were brought onto 1130 3rd Avenue South, the brief was clear: this isn't a listing photoshoot. This is editorial. Treat the property like an architecture publication would — patient, considered, and complete enough to tell the full story of how the residence lives.

The shoot ran across two days. We worked the light, room by room, capturing the design intent — open lines of sight, disappearing glass that dissolves the boundary between balcony and great room, the custom touches that don't survive a careless wide-angle lens.

The deliverable was 52 finished interior + detail images, 9 drone aerials, and a dedicated property microsite — an Editorial Package end-to-end. What you see below is the full story.
