Terms of Service
Last updated: April 2026
These terms govern your use of thewanderlustphotography.com (the “Site”) and any photography services provided by Wanderlust Photography LLC (“Wanderlust,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site or booking a session, you agree to these terms.
Use of the site
You may browse the Site for personal, informational use. You agree not to scrape, mirror, or republish substantial portions of the Site without written permission, with the exception that you may share individual links or short excerpts with attribution.
Intellectual property
All photography, illustration, video, copy, and visual design on the Site are the property of Wanderlust Photography LLC or its licensors. Our images and content are protected by U.S. and international copyright law.
Photographs delivered to clients are licensed according to the client's engagement — see our Privacy Policy and the specific scope of work agreed at booking.
Bookings, deposits, and cancellations
Most engagements require a deposit to confirm the date. Deposits are non-refundable except where the cancellation occurs more than the agreed lead time before the shoot, in which case the deposit may be applied to a rescheduled date within ninety days.
Real estate bookings are governed by the terms of the Aryeo booking flow at the time of confirmation.
We reserve the right to reschedule weather-dependent shoots (twilight, exterior aerial work) at no additional charge.
Delivery and turnaround
Standard turnaround for each service is communicated at booking and on the relevant service page. Rush turnarounds may be available for additional fees.
Final deliverables are made available through a private gallery link emailed to the client. Galleries remain active for at least ninety days; archival access beyond that may be subject to a small fee.
Image usage and licensing
Real Estate, Editorial, Architecture, Headshots, and The Studio engagements include unlimited usage rights of the delivered images for the client's own marketing and commercial purposes.
Family Portrait sessions include a print release for personal use. Personal-use clients may not resell images or sub-license them for commercial use.
Wanderlust retains the right to feature selected delivered work in its own portfolio, social media, and marketing materials, unless the client opts out in writing at the time of booking.
Liability
Our maximum liability arising out of any engagement is limited to the amount paid by the client for that engagement. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages.
We are not responsible for property damage caused by furniture or styling adjustments performed by the client or third parties prior to the shoot.
No-show / late access
If we arrive at a scheduled shoot location and are unable to gain access within thirty minutes of the start time, the deposit is forfeit and a fresh booking is required to reschedule.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Collier County, Florida.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms periodically. The current version is always posted at this URL with the “Last updated” date above.
